History of the Phoenix Share

The shares of the company were admitted to the German TecDAX technology index on 25 March 2008.

On 23 June 2006 the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) has approved the prospectus required for the admittance of Phoenix to the official market in the Prime Standard segment of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. The listing was included as of 27 June 2006.

With the start of the new trading segment M:access on the Munich Stock Exchange, Phoenix Solar transferred to this new quality segment on 1 July 2005. In our press release you can read more about it.

Since 18 November 2004, Phönix SonnenStrom AG shares are traded over the counter at the stock exchanges of Munich, Frankfurt, Berlin / Bremen and Stuttgart.

Since 1 December 2005 a designated sponsor is responsible for seamless trading of the Phönix company shares in the electronic trading system XETRA.

Since 2001 Phoenix stock is included in the international PHOTON Photovoltaic Stock Index (PPVX).
