According to the definition of Deutsche Börse AG 100 percent of the shares are in free float. In the reporting period, there were a number of notifications submitted pursuant to Sections 21 of the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG) in which shareholders indicated that their holdings had reached, exceeded or fallen below the statutory thresholds requiring reporting.
