Sulzemoos, 22.11.2004 / Phönix SonnenStrom AG (ISIN DE000A0BVU93) shares are traded over the counter at the stock exchanges of Munich, Frankfurt, Berlin / Bremen and Stuttgart since Thursday, the 18th November 2004. On Phönix SonnenStrom AG’s fifth anniversary the trade started with an opening price of € 8,50. Europe’s leading system house for solar electricity plants was escorted on its way to the stock exchange by the Baader Wertpapierhandelsbank.

On its first day on the Munich market the Phönix share reached a € 600,000 business volume, and was the strongest value traded. As was to be expected, the course went up and down on the first two days, finally going into the weekend with € 6,74. The company gained 3,500 shareholders in a private placement in 2001. The book value of the Phönix share at the time was € 4,00.
