Framework contract over 8 Megawatts reinforces existing collaboration

Sulzemoos, 15.02.2005 / Phönix SonnenStrom AG (ISIN DE000A0BVU93) will once again in 2005 provide its customers with access to the highly sought after modules of German manufacturer RWE SCHOTT Solar. This is the result of an agreement signed between Michael Harre, Marketing & Sales Director at RWE SCHOTT Solar, and Dr. Andreas Hänel, CEO Phönix SonnenStrom AG. The corresponding framework contract specifies delivery of over 8 megawatts of solar electricity modules characterised by outstanding efficiencies. This will ensure that Phönix SonnenStrom AG is again one of the largest RWE SCHOTT Solar partners.

RWE SCHOTT Solar modules have a reputation for extremely high quality. Phönix SonnenStrom AG has been sourcing modules from RWE SCHOTT Solar since 1999 and has been a distribution partner since 2003. Both partners are committed to a close long-term collaboration. This relationship is being intensified through joint marketing activities, as well as memoranda of understanding covering module deliveries in 2006 and 2007.

With this and the other framework contracts which Phönix SonnenStrom AG has concluded, the company has secured its complete planned module volume for 2005.
