Sulzemoos, 1 December 2005 / On 1 December 2005, Phönix SonnenStrom AG (ISIN DE000A0BVU93) mandated HSBC Trinkaus & Burkhardt KGaA to act as designated sponsor. Accordingly and with immediate effect, the shares of Phönix SonnenStrom AG will be traded continuously on XETRA, the electronic trading system of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. The company has taken this step to enhance the liquidity and transparency of its share and improve its tradability, in particular in relation to institutional and international investors.
