A solar electricity system is a sound investment of capital – with a financial yield which is
secured under the law for a period of 20 years. Under the German Renewable Energy Act (EEG), grid
operators are obliged to pay a fixed amount per kilowatt hour of solar electricity fed into the
grid: the so-called feed-in tariff (43.01 cent / kWh*). Your personal investment strategy pays off
when the sun comes up, day after day – for 20 years.

A cash gift from the sun
The table below gives you an overview of how much energy the sun
gives us every year – free of charge, an unfailing source which is environmentally sound!

The German Renewable Energy Act (EEG)
The German Renewable Energy Act (EEG) guarantees you
remuneration for the solar electricity generated by your system and fed into the grid. This
remuneration depends on the size and type of the photovoltaic system and is secured over a period
of 20 years. The table below shows the remuneration rates for systems went into operation in 2009.
