alongside performance figures actually achieved, as well as reports on any inverter problems, at
intervals of ten minutes. Your personal login will allow you to view and evaluate the performance
of your photovoltaic power plant any time any place.
In the event of failure our employees at the Phoenix Monitoring and Control Centre will
initiate the remedial measures within 24 hours. In addition, we will monitor your plant throughout
the whole year, day in day out, around the clock (24x7x365), and take immediate action through our
