Christophe Inglin

Managing Director

Christophe Inglin is co-founder and Managing Director of Phoenix Solar Pte Ltd. Before co-founding the company, he was the Managing Director of Shell Solar Pte Ltd from 1996 to 2006, where he worked extensively throughout the Asia-Pacific region and was instrumental in implementing grid-connected solar electricity projects in Thailand, Malaysia, China, Hong Kong and Singapore, as well as off-grid systems in China, Indonesia and Thailand. He chairs the Renewable Energy Committee at the Sustainable Energy Association of Singapore (SEAS). Widely recognised as a photovoltaics industry expert in the Asia Pacific region, he has spoken at numerous renewable energy forums and seminars. Prior to moving to Singapore, Christophe was also based in Munich, California and Zurich.

Chee Yeen Yee

Commercial Director

Chee Yeen Yee is Commercial Director and co-founder of Phoenix Solar Pte Ltd. From 2002 – 2005, she was the Asian Representative of the Triodos Renewable Energy for Development Fund (TREDF), a Netherlands-based fund focused on rural electrification using renewable energy. Based in Singapore, she managed a portfolio of debt and equity investments in Asia for the Fund.

Ho Chee Ming

Technical Director

Ho Chee Ming is Technical Director and co-founder of Phoenix Solar Pte Ltd. From 1994 till 2006, he was Project Manager at Shell Solar Pte Ltd, with roles in technical sales, systems procurement and IT management. He has extensive regional experience and has designed, installed and commissioned a large range of PV systems in Tibet, Papua New Guinea, Malaysia and China.
