Phoenix Solar Singapore was established in December 2006 as a joint-venture between local Singapore partners and Phoenix Solar AG. Our 3 founding directors have over 35 years of PV industry experience between them, and are recognised as Singapore’s longest-established PV experts. Since incorporation, Phoenix Solar Singapore has become the market leader in turnkey PV solutions for residential, commercial, institutional and industrial buildings in Singapore and Malaysia. With its regional headquarters in Singapore, Phoenix Solar Singapore is poised to capture the strong growth market of solar PV in the Asia Pacific region.

Phoenix Solar AG was established on 18 November 1999 and was entered in the commercial register on 07 January 2000. Its headquarters are located in Sulzemoos, near Munich, with a branch in Ulm, sales offices all over Germany and subsidiaries in Southern Europe, Asia and Australia. In the frame of the increasing internationalisation, the company changed its name from Phönix SonnenStrom AG to Phoenix Solar AG in June 2007.

Phoenix Solar AG develops, plans, builds and takes over the operation of large-scale photovoltaic plants and is a specialist wholesaler for complete power plants, solar modules and accessories. The Group is a leader in photovoltaic system technology. It focuses on the consistent lowering of system costs. With a sales network throughout Germany, and subsidiaries in Spain, Italy, Greece, France, Singapore, Oman and Australia, the Group currently has a workforce of more than 300 employees.
